All our wheels are tested during different stages of the development process. They must pass various test before the production line can begin. The first stage is computerized testing through stress test during the CAD drawing stage. Next is another series of physical testing once the first prototype is done.
After that, production begins, and even then, QC would randomly pick a wheel from a batch and send it out for testing once again to ensure consistency between each wheel.
On top of that, our wheels are manufactured by a certified JWL/VIA factory with the most advance modern technology and equipment.
Here's a photo a customer sent us after crashing their car, where the wheel was plunged directly into a wooden log at high speeds, unharmed.
