Order processing time
It all depends on the volume of orders, but the lead time is generally 1-3 business days to process and pack your order. Delivery time is normally 5-7 business days. Please be patient and allow sufficient time to securely package your order, so it can safely arrive at your door. We ship using UPS Ground, unless otherwise noted. For orders shipping outside the continental USA, we require additional time to process your order.

Returns / Exchanges
Items can be returned within 30 days, subject to our return policy. Some products have different return policies, such as Open Box, clearance, custom items, demo, and closeout items. To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the order date. We only accept returns on wheels that have NOT been mounted or installed. Any wheels that have been mounted or installed are considered used and CANNOT be returned or refunded. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must take all responsibility for return shipping cost. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. For exchanges, buyers will be invoiced for the shipping cost of the new items being sent. Non-negotiable. Custom items are final sale. Open Box, Clearance, Demo, and Closeout items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
