The FF5 has undergone the flow forming process to cast and then stretches the barrel over immense heat. This process produces a wheel that is about 30% lighter and stronger than a cast wheel. It is often said this process makes the barrel similar in strength and characteristics to a Forged wheel but at the price tag of many cast wheels on the market.
This wheel was designed to be BBK friendly with many OEM and aftermarket big brake kits on the market.
